One of the things I hear most often from people looking to get healthy, is that they don't have enough time in the day to achieve their fitness goals.

I say phooey, and nuts to that.

Repeat after me

"I do not need 4 hours of exercise every other day of the week to get fit."

 

#2 Calories have no mass

If you eat a one pound Nutrient-Brick with 10,000 calories in it

you gain one pound.

Matter cannot be created or destroyed
